A Classic American-style Monterey Jack with the added pep and kick of fresh jalapeño peppers. Kenny's makes this for lovers of spice, but it is not too overwhelming if you are a medium-spice kind of person. Still a brilliant melter with the same amount of depth.

Kenny Mattingly was a dairy farmer before he became a cheese maker.
