This Mozzarella is a whole milk style aged mozzarella. Being slightly aged makes it the perfect consistency for grating on pizza or your favorite pasta dish. You can also slice it for a great snack.

Food Pairings: Pizza, Pasta, or anything with tomatoes such as a Caprese salad or chopped with cherry tomatoes and olive oil.

Kenny Mattingly was a dairy farmer before he became a cheese maker.
