Bway Gay Bway Gay is from Mae La, the largest refugee camp for Karen refugees in Thailand. Before coming to Clarkston she was a teacher, which provides valuable leadership on the team.

Daw Kwa Daw Kwa is the most responsible high school student you've ever met. As a member of the night crew, he drives trucks around to be emptied and unloaded.

Dee Eh Dee Eh is a master-weigher of all of your veggies. Her bright smile and even brighter hats bring joy to every packing morning.

Dee Na Produce Specialist

Dee Na Dee Na, Dee Eh's sister, has a willing spirit and we all feel encouraged working alongside her.

Eh Warehouse Manager

Eh Eh (pronounced "A") is so driven we have to remind him to slow down. He started as prep team manager and now oversees every basket that comes down the assembly line.

Eh Klu Moo Line Captain

Eh Klu Moo Eh Klu Moo is Hey Blu's dad, affectionally called Yik Yak by our warehouse manager for the unmistakable sound of his laugh. He's quiet and respectful, but also has a fun and goofy side when it comes to sports and being active.

Eh Paw Produce Specialist

Eh Paw Eh Paw is Tway's husband and Hay Hay and Hay So's dad. He has many hidden talents, including playing the piano. He loves kickball and he keeps the produce stocked on the packing line every morning during packing.

Eh Ro Moo Truck Loader

Eh Ro Moo Known by his friends and in the community as "the guy who will help fix your car," Eh Ro Moo lends a hand with Fresh Harvest truck maintenance in addition to his truck loading duties.

Hay Hay Produce Specialist

Hay Hay Hay Hay loves to work out and has a great sense of humor, bringing up the mood with his laughter whenever folks are feeling glum. He loves drawing fake tatoos and wearing unique hats. Hay Hay doesn't mind working with his dad (Eh Paw) and mom (Tway), or even his brother (Hay So).

Hey Blu Line Prep Specialist

Hey Blu Often arriving at the warehouse at 2:30 am, Hey Blu keeps the packing line stocked with all the necessary produce. In his spare time he is something of a reptile collector and baseball afficionado. His favorite team is the Anaheim Angels.

Htoo Finisher

Htoo The cousin of Fresh Harvest driver Aung Tun, Htoo currently helps with things at the end of the line and has also been a huge help in getting our bins cleaned.

Klo Htoo Klo Htoo is Ma La Tway's husband. He's always the first to arrive for the night crew and is quick to get to work. He also rocks a bucket hat, and it's awesome.

Ma Lah Tway Artisan Specialist

Ma Lah Tway Mah Lah Tway helps Farmer Cody in the garden on Mondays in addition to her role on the morning packing line. Her husband, Klo Htoo, is a member of the night crew. She's an uncomplaining hard worker, always smiling, and really good at her job.

Mary Lin Packing Team Lead

Mary Lin Mary Lin does it all, from packing to translating. Being one of the most connected people in Clarkston, she also helps run the Share the Harvest Market.

Mea Paw Basket Checker

Mea Paw Mea Paw handles a lot of the admin work for the packing team. She inputs the many packing notes to ensure all customer special requests and needs are met. And she's responsible for taking care of our packing equipment.

Mu Chaw Basket Checker

Mu Chaw The biggest smile and kindest heart in all of Fresh Harvest, Mu Chaw is always offering a helping hand and is instrumental in running the Share the Harvest Market.

Mue See Produce Specialist

Mue See Mue See AKA Mother-In-Law is like the Fresh Harvest mamma bird. She keeps us in line and you can't miss her big personality!

Nyan Myin Line Captain

Nyan Myin Mary Lin's husband joined his wife working at Fresh Harvest in 2020. He's the captain of the packing line and a lover of short sleeves, even in the freezer.

Ree Add Ons Team Lead

Ree Ree Paw is the boss of the add ons team, checking in deliveries from artisans and farmers while also ensuring all add-ons get where they're supposed to go. She has two gardens and loves growing her plants, which she uses in her traditional Burmese and Thai dishes.

Thar Ler Basket Finisher

Thar Ler Thar Ler is the epitome of an introvert. He can go a whole day without saying a word, but is a beloved member of the team here at Fresh Harvest.

Thoe Artisan Specialist

Thoe Thoe is a veteran part of the FH crew and is the right hand woman to Ree Paw on the Add-ons team. She works quickly and has a great sense of humor.

Tway Produce Specialist

Tway Tway works in the garden with Cody on Mondays and spends the rest of the week on the packing line getting the right produce into the right baskets. Two of her three sons, Hay Hay and Hay So work with her and her husband Eh Paw in the warehouse.

Mary Produce Specialist

Mary She is originally from Nigeria, loves to sing and cook. She helps pack our special orders.

Aung Tun Basket Deliverer

Aung Tun Aung Tun is originally from a refugee camp in Thailand. He has four kids and easily has the best hair at Fresh Harvest.

Dae Loo Basket Deliverer

Dae Loo Dae Loo loves to joke around. He plans to teach us line dancing and bingo, and is also the pastor of a local Karen Burmese church.

Derek Fleet Manager

Derek Referred to by many as a "ray of sunshine", when Derek isn't busy raising his 10 kids, he helps make sure all the drivers are cared for.

Essam Basket Deliverer

Essam Essam is from Eritrea, a small country in northeast Africa on the Red Sea. He has a calm and inviting personality making him an invaluable part of the driver crew.

Gay Moo Basket Deliverer

Gay Moo Like several others on the team, Gay Moo is from a refugee camp in Thailand. As one of our youngest drivers, it's only fitting that his favorite hobby is gaming.

Karim Karim "The Dream" has an infectious personality that garners love from coworkers and customers alike. His claim to fame is delivering weekly to one of Atlanta's A-List rappers.

Kyaw Basket Deliverer

Kyaw The world gets a little smaller when Kyaw (pronounced "G"), Ree Paw's husband, wears his yellow 'Atlanta GA.' He is an efficient truck loader and is responsible for transporting much of the compostable materials to his home where he's building his soil.

Oh Moo There are several talented musicians on our team and Oh Moo is no exception. He is originally from Thailand and has a willingness to work hard that is unparalleled.

Thay Lar Originally from Burma, Thay Lar has been in the U.S. for thirty years now. He has spent about the same amount of time fishing at his favorite spots.

Yassin Referred to work at Fresh Harvest by his younger brother, Hassan. Yassin is a driver with a passion to do things the right way.

Cody Garden Manager

Cody Cody is the champ that (rain or shine) keeps the FH Garden running. Sporting dinosaur earrings, flowing locks & over a decade of farming experience, he's the perfect fit for the job.

Dim Lun Garden Helper

Dim Lun You'll often find Dim Lun at the garden with her little one playing in the dirt nearby. She embodies our hope to spread an appreciation for the land beneath our feet to the next generation.

Alison A space for growing produce and community has been a dream for FH that Alison is making a reality. Previously Fresh Harvest's Farm Manager (now her husband Cody's role), her agricultural knowledge makes Alison the perfect person to oversee all things operational.

Allie Allie is a food-lover who enjoys baking, both for fun and professionally. She also likes riding her bicycle around Atlanta and is grateful for the beltline, which spares her bike from our many potholed streets.

Paula Before joining the team, Paula ran her own catering business in Atlanta! Her love for marketing and local food helps reach the folks who later say they only wish they'd found Fresh Harvest sooner.

Zac CEO

Zac Zac started FH back in 2012 after a cross country motorcycle trip landed him on an organic farm. Cooking over a fire with his wife Lauren, and sons Catcher, Ever, and Shepard is his favorite thing.

Katie Katie is our resident poet, publishing her first book in December 2022. She also enjoys cooking, reading, playing ultimate frisbee and practicing yoga.
