This classic bar syrup incorporates freshly milled, whole spices like nutmeg, clove and allspice along with hand peeled lime skins, all saturated in the finest cane sugar they could find. Fresh ginger juice is added to make a robust syrup with notes of vanilla, lime leaf and clove.

Spice Island Swizzle:
3/4 oz Tippleman's Double Spiced Falernum
2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Dash Aromatic Bitters
Shake or swizzle with crushed ice. For a party, swap ounces for cups and serve in a punch bowl with ice.
Other tips & tricks: To avoid a sticky mess, measure your spirit first to wet your jigger. No jigger? A tablespoon equals 1/2 oz.
