All of their steaks, roasts, organs, and bones are hand-butchered the old-fashioned way: by a man with a knife. Their cattle are Certified Grassfed by the American Grassfed Association, Certified Humane and Ecological Outcome Verified in the Land2Market Program. All of our livestock are raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, and added growth hormones.
