Pea Tendrils, the delicate shoots of the young pea plant, boast tender yet crisp stems adorned with soft, curly leaves and the occasional spiraled tendril or unopened flower bud. Their appearance is as whimsical as their flavor, which carries the sweet, gentle essence of peas fresh from the pod. Pea Tendrils are not only a treat for the palate but also add a touch of elegance to plate presentations. These verdant greens can be enjoyed raw in salads, where their feather-like texture offers a lovely contrast, or briefly wilted in a stir-fry, where they retain some of their crunch. With a nutritional profile including vitamin C, vitamin A, and iron, Pea Tendrils are as nutritious as they are delightful to the senses.
