Farro piccolo, also known as Einkorn, is one of the world’s most primitive forms of wheat. Our farro piccolo is semi-pearled, which means the outer bran layer is partly removed, which allows for faster cooking times. This ancient grain can be used in a variety of main dishes or on its own a side dish.
