Southern Swiss Dairy is named after the Brown Swiss cows they raise that prouce a milk with a higher fat to protein ratio. This means that the milk is extremely rich. Jimmy and Ginny Frank have been farming for over 20 years. Ginny is a fourth generation dairy farmer. They bottle their cream-on-top milk onsite using a low vat pasteurization which allow some good bacteria to survive, antecdodatly making milk easier to digest and more nutritious.
