Every edition of Colors & Shapes dry hopped kombucha features a different blend of hops intended to showcase a different expression of flavor. Whether it's luscious tropical fruit aromas, herbal pine notes or subtle floral scents, different hop varieties can express all sorts of unique attributes.
For Volume 4, we combine Citra, Galaxy, Cashmere and Idaho 7 hops to create layered notes of citrus and tropical candy with a resinous backbone. This edition is also based on our green tea recipe for an extra light, refreshing result.
