Two Brooks Farm is a single estate rice rooted in conservation and ecologically grown in the Mississippi Delta. They are mindful of the needs of improving our environment, wildlife habitat, and planet--utilizing water recycling systems, no or low till methods, encouraging biodiversity and avoiding the use of insecticides. Their rice is stored and small-batch milled on site in a kosher certified facility.
