Spinach & Almond Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 2-3 large medjool dates, pitted and chopped (if you don’t have a high speed blender I would recommend soaking the dates for 30 minutes prior or subbing pure maple syrup)
- 2 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 1/2 cups homemade almond milk (store-bought is fine too)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
- Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and whirl away until smooth.
