The top round roast is the cut that’s most commonly used for deli roast beef and can also be braised, roasted, stewed or cooked in a slow cooker.

Four Bellies Farm is a family farm in Bowdon, Georgia producing turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, and bone broth. They implement a multi-species rotational grazing strategy that lets each pastured animal benefit from the natural behaviors of the other animals. All animals are raised on pasture eating grass. The sheep and cattle just get grass and the turkey and chicken are supplemented with a non-gmo, soy-free feed to meet their nutritional needs. Our methods help us build soil health to create a complex and thriving ecosystem for producing a variety of quality meats.
