Pimento Cheese is a much loved Southern staple traditionally served as a dip or sandwich spread. Dare's vegan take on this classic combines our creamy cashew base, gluten-free Cheddar inspired cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, and spices.
Cashews, filtered water, coconut oil, coconut milk, cultures, roasted red pepper, sundried tomatoes, ‘miso master’ chickpea miso, salt, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, lactic acid, natural smoke flavor, paprika.

Note: This dip is stickered with its sell-by date for refrigerated sale. As we freeze these wedges, they're fresh frozen for 10 months beyond the stickered date, or, are fresh for 4 weeks once thawed if kept refrigerated.
Darë was brought into existence by chef, Gwendolyn Dare Hageman, who spent most of her life as an omnivore inspired by her chef Dad. The two had a snack ritual involving a block of cheese, a pack of crackers, and a knife. When Gwendolyn decided to pursue an animal-free lifestyle, the thought of losing her favorite snack sent her searching high and low for a sufficient substitute.
