The Green Bull Horn Pepper, a variety in the capsicum annuum family, is distinguished by its elongated, curvaceous shape that reminisces the silhouette of a bull’s horn. These peppers showcase a vibrant green hue, smooth and taut skin, and a crisp texture. Their size is generally substantial, allowing for ample flesh that is both sweet and mildly piquant, less intense than smaller hot peppers but with a distinct flavor. These peppers are ideal for a range of culinary applications, such as stuffed with cheeses or meats, grilled for a succulent side dish, sliced into rings for sandwiches, or diced into salsas and salads for a refreshing crunch. In cooking, they tenderize nicely, becoming softer and releasing their sweet and tangy essence. Rich in vitamin C, Green Bull Horn Peppers also add a nutritional boost to meals.
