Delivered frozen. Tortillas can be thawed and refrigerated for up to 15 days (from date of thaw) or frozen for up to 90 days (from date of production).
Reheating Your Tortillas:
Heat your comal (griddle) over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle or spray water on each side of the tortilla.
Warm tortilla for 10-20 seconds (per side) flipping until soft, taking care to not overcook.
Stack warm tortillas in your favorite basket.
