Hot Cuppa Recipe
1.) Steam 1 cup (8 fl-oz or 240 ml) milk or milk alternative in a small saucepan.
2.) Stir in 1/2-1 teaspoon of Calming Golden Latte and your favorite sweetener.
3.) Let it all simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4.) Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. If you have a frother, you can froth the hot golden milk to make it a latte.
Cold Cuppa - To beat the summer heat, make a quick and easy frappe.
1.) Pour 1 cup (8 fl-oz or 240 ml) cold milk or milk alternative into a shaker (or blender).
2.) Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of Calming Golden Latte, your favorite sweetener and a few cubes of ice.
3.) Shake it up to give it a nice froth and pour into a glass to enjoy.
If needed, honey is the preferred sweetener.
