Ingredients
Black tea (Assam CTC), ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla bean, lavender flowers, black pepper
How To Prepare
Preparation:
Use whole milk if you are using dairy. Oat milk is the best alternative.

1.) Mix 1 cup Water (8 fl oz or 240 ml) with ½ cup Milk/Milk substitute (4 fl-oz or 120 ml) in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2.) Add 2-3 teaspoons (4-6 g) of tea and reduce heat
3.) Simmer for 3-5 mins
4.) Strain and enjoy!

If you want a cold cuppa, prepare chai as you would usually do over a stovetop, strain in and stick it in the refrigerator for a few hours. When ready, serve over ice.
