Cayenne Peppers ignite a high-heat flavor with a score of 30,000 to 50,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale. These slender, vibrant red peppers feature a smooth, glossy exterior and a curved, tapering shape, reaching up to 6 inches in length. Whether used fresh or dried into a fine powder, Cayenne Peppers are a highly sought-after spice for heat lovers, delivering a pungent, spicy kick to sauces, meats, marinades, and an array of culinary dishes. Their intense heat is complemented by a subtle, smoky undertone, making them a popular ingredient in many global cuisines, notably in Southwestern American, Mexican, Italian, and Asian dishes. In addition to their culinary uses, Cayenne Peppers are recognized for their rich content of vitamins A and C, offering health benefits such as immune support.
