Pea Shoots, the young, tender leaves and tendrils of the pea plant, exude a delightful essence of sweet green peas. Paul and Lindsey Sorah started Hearts of Harvest farm with their friends Mark and Stephanie Golden back in 2017. They started out on 2 acres of land in Arnoldsville, Georgia and have since expanded to over a hundred, where they grow a wide range of vegetables, mushrooms, and flowers. A fun fact about Paul and Mark is that before starting the farm, they were in the same progressive hard rock band. There's a lot of musical talent on this farm!
