Tanya started Cultured Traditions after moving from Russia to Georgia and realizing the fermented foods she grew eating weren't as easily accessible to her. She craved the Bread Kvass and sauerkrauts she was accustomed to eating so she started Cultured Traditions to bring the household foods she loves to the US.
