Wintery Raw Veggie Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small bunch radishes
- 1 small bunch turnips
- 3 whole carrots
- 1 bunch green onions
- 6 stalks parsley
- 2 lemons
- 6 oz raw almonds
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
- Thinly slice the radishes, turnips, and carrots using a mandolin, grater, or a knife.
- Finely chop green onion and parsely.
- Juice the lemons, combining with the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Adjust the ratios to taste.
- Toss all ingredients.
