This no cook combination is the perfect way to get an easy, healthy meal bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch radishes
  • 1 small bunch turnips
  • 3 whole carrots
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 stalks parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • 6 oz raw almonds
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the radishes, turnips, and carrots using a mandolin, grater, or a knife.

Step 2
Finely chop green onion and parsely.

Step 3
Juice the lemons, combining with the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Adjust the ratios to taste.

Step 4
Toss all ingredients.
