Extra Bok Choy? Here’s Why…
We talk a lot about year-round crop planning with farmers, and this week we had a very tangible outcome of that! Based on a conversation we had with a farmer in January, there were some bok choy and Asian Greens grown specifically for us. They were ready for harvest sooner than expected, so we acted fast and bought it anyway.
Those of you that bought bok choy probably got extra, and a few of you may have gotten some free. Our farmers are some of the most hard-working out there, and we hope you both get the most out of that.
If you’re not sure what do with Bok Choy, here’s a few options:
Wild Mushroom and
Bok Choy Pasta
Cashews, lemons, garlic,
mushrooms, pasta
Bok Choy and Turnip Miso Ramen
with Soy Sauce Eggs!
eggs, garlic scapes,
ginger, microgreens
