Fenugreek Leaves, also known as Methi, are an aromatic, slightly bitter green that bring an irreplaceable character to culinary dishes. These delicate, small, and vibrant green leaves are a staple in Indian cooking, essential for recipes like Methi chicken and Aloo Methi. Fresh Fenugreek Leaves have a unique flavor, often described as a blend of fennel and celery with a hint of maple. Utilized both dried and fresh, these greens add complexity to curries, dals, breads, salads, and complement dishes with potatoes, carrots, or peas beautifully. Rich in nutrients such as iron, manganese, and dietary fiber, Fenugreek Leaves also offer healthful benefits alongside their distinctive taste.

About the Producer
Just a few minutes down the road from the Fresh Harvest office and warehouse, there's a small piece of property on a pond in the woods. Farmer Cody Burnett faithfully manages the cultivation of this land with his team of farmhands from the Clarkston community. Together they plant and harvest an inordinate amount of organically grown produce, both for Fresh Harvest customers and for the Share the Harvest Market in Clarkston. Growing culturally relevant food for refugees from around the world means that the Fresh Harvest Garden looks a bit different than most Georgia farms, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Explore >
