How To Prepare
Boil in salted water for 2 to 4 minutes to your preference.

Recipe ingredients:
8 TB butter
3-4 leaves fresh sage, shredded
1/4 c reserved pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
Cook pasta and drain, reserving 1/4 c of the pasta water. Melt butter in a small frying pan with shredded sage leaves until brown in color. Remove from heat. Combine with reserved pasta water. Mix with cooked, drained pasta until evenly coated.
