Pulp make this version with fried garlic and shallots, arbol chiles, Szechuan peppercorns, gochugaru (Korean chili flakes.) in a base of raw, cold pressed, Non-GMO sunflower oil from Oliver Farm with hints of star anise and cinnamon. Medium spiciness level.
