Azuki's Kitchen Butaman, Japanese Pork and Veggie Buns are made in Suwanee by Japanese native Miki Katayama with Non-GMO, natural ingredients, and Organic, pasture-raised meats. Butaman (Buta means pork, and Man means buns in Japanese) is a steamed bun made with flour and seasoned ground pork and vegetable filling. It originated from Chinese pork buns, Baozi, but the wheat flour wrap of Japanese Butaman is softer and fluffier than Chinese Baozi.
Each package comes with two pieces and a homemade lemon soy sauce with freshly squeezed organic lemon for dipping.
