Dill, with its delicate, feathery fronds and aromatic scent, exudes a refreshingly herby fragrance with a hint of citrus. When it blooms, dill bears wispy, yellow flowers that form in umbrella-like clusters. Its svelte, soft leaves are a staple in many dishes, notably used to season fish, lamb, and potato salads, or to enhance the flavors of dips, spreads, and soups. Rich in antioxidants, dill can add not just a burst of flavor but also a touch of greenery to any dish, as well as vitamin A and C. Whether fresh or dried, dill is a flavorful component that brightens up a culinary experience.
