Inspired and named after his great-grandmother's family recipe.
Growing up in Virginia with his great-grandmother Anna Bell, founder Kevin was blessed with her delicious, made from scratch, southern mac & cheese. He watched her source local, fresh ingredients to deliver mouthwatering goodness every time. It took years and an old battered recipe to emulate the flavors in her dish. Kevin couldn’t match her local cheeses but spent 15 years finding the right ingredients. He sources English cheddar to captures the woodsy, smokiness of Anna Bell’s wood-oven baked mac & cheese, and the best, local cream and milk to recreate the velvety, richness that her dish possessed. The result is tangy, luscious layers of noodles and cheesiness in every bite.
