For those of you who attended our first ever Artisan Market back in May, you probably remember seeing or tasting the Syrian food catered by Suryana Cuisine.
One of the attendees at the market ended up writing a full article about Suryana Cuisine. We enjoyed reading the story behind their business, and thought you might too! With our roots in Clarkston, GA, often called “the most diverse square mile in America”, we consider it a joy to be neighbors of Rouaa, Majeda, and Malek!
Meal Ideas from this week’s Veggies
- Boil lemon balm in water to make tea. Add honey and spices of your choices, or drink it plain!
- Use your radishes in a simple summer radish salad.
- Feature your parsley and mint in the middle eastern classic, tabouleh!
- Use the amazing sweet peppers (pictured below) as a “gravy boat” for hummus and guacamole snacks!
