Roasted Grapefruit with Cinnamon & Sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 large grapefruit, sliced in half
  • 1 TBS granulated sugar
  • a few dashes of cinnamon
  • a drizzle of honey, agave, or maple syrup

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2
Slice grapefruit in half. With a sharp knife cut along the individual segments of the exposed grapefruit halves. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3
Place cut side up on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, agave, or maple syrup. Enjoy!
