Meet "CoCo", our large, solid bunny made of house-made almond milk chocolate (non-dairy), organic vanilla bean, and puffed quinoa for crunch. CoCo has been delighting our customers every Easter for years. Kids (and grown kids!) love the airy, classic crackle and crunch from the crispy puffs, while almond milk gives our chocolate a lighter, nuttier flavor than dairy.

Inspired by local chocolate makers in Costa Rica, Elaine & Matt flew back to Atlanta with bags packed full of Costa Rican cacao and spent the next year developing recipes, refining technique and reaching out to source raw cacao from different origins to highlight the ranging diversity of flavor naturally inherent in fine cacao. By late 2014, they opened a small micro-factory and retail store at the Krog Street Market and quickly became Atlanta's bean-to-bar craft chocolate company.
