This natural processed Yirgacheffe has a big, berry flavor and floral aromatics with winey acidity. Perfect in a pour over or Aeropress.

Costa Rica Tarrazu:
Tarrazu is sourced from a small-scale growers that have joined together to produce the best micro lots in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. This blend is very balanced, perfect as a daily drinker with pulped fruit notes and a smooth body.

Columbia Tolima:
This special coffee from the Tolima region of Colombia is full of flavor, bursting with a tangerine sweetness, and cherry and chocolate notes.

Fresh Harvest Blend:
Formed through a partnership between Firelight Coffee Roasters & Fresh Harvest, this custom blend features a balanced combination of recently harvested single origin coffees. A Brazilian base provides a full bodied brew with a strong yet sweet chocolate flavor. Next, we add a Colombian coffee with caramel smoothness and a Costa Rican bean to bring a hint of zesty, creamy orange. This is a coffee for everyone and can be used for all brewing methods.
