After helping manage Canewater Farm in Darien, GA, Brendan Gannon went on to start his own organic farm in Savannah back in 2019. With over a decade of organic farming experience, Brendan brings a lot of knowledge that shows in the quality of his produce. In order to have a sustainable operation, the farm is focused on regenerative practices like cover cropping and resting the land.
